Debbie Leach serves as the Chief Financial Officer of Delta Solutions & Strategies, where she provides multifaceted financial leadership to the Colorado Springs-based firm. With a career span of over 25 years, Debbie possesses a unique vantage point shaped by her expertise in both the government contracting industry and the education sector.
Since joining Delta in 2008, she has been instrumental in the firm’s fiscal growth and stability. Her career is built on a foundation of rigorous financial oversight, having previously held leadership roles including Senior Internal Auditor for Colorado Springs School District 11; Controller for Summit Technical Solutions; Financial Analyst for Aleut Management Services and Accounting Manager for TekStar, LLC.
Debbie is an alumna of the University of Southern Colorado, where she earned her Bachelor of Science in Business Administration/Accounting.
