Open Enrollment for Benefits 2023

The timeframe to select your 2023 benefit plans is from December 1, 2022 - December 15, 2022. Please join us for one of our Open Enrollment Meetings (Calendar invites to follow shortly with Zoom link information).

Please use the link below to view the open enrollment presentation before attending any of the live Zoom meetings on Thursday, December 1st, with our benefits advisor Tori Cordova. If you cannot make it on Thursday we will record the calls and make those available on-demand.

All employees will have to log in and make their changes or "rollover" current elections. Regardless of rollover, you will need to elect or waive the new Hospital benefit.

Attached you will find the 2023 Employee Benefits Guide for Class 1 (Full-time Employees - Excluding Union Employees), the 2023 Anthem Medical Plans (PPO & HSA), the 2023 Benefit Rate Sheet, and all the 2023 Annual Open Enrollment documents for review, along with a glossary of terms for reference. Please review all the attachments with your dependents.

Complete your open enrollment elections for the 2023 benefit plans online within Deltek Costpoint/Time & Expense (Deltek Costpoint/Time & Expense Login).

To access the open enrollment option after you log on, go to People > Employee Self Service > Payroll and Benefits > Benefit Enrollment. Please see the attached Employee Self Service (ESS) User Guide, Appendix A (Open Enrollment Process) to help you with your online enrollment.

If you would like to view your current benefits (2022 benefits selected) please go to People > Employee Self Service > Payroll and Benefits > Total Comp/Benefit Statement, Benefit Elections.

If you elect Medical FSA, Dependent Care Assistance FSA, or Health Savings Account (HSA) for the 2023 calendar year the hard copy enrollment form (Cafeteria Enrollment Form, attached) must be completed and returned to Amy Bradley (abradley@deltasands.com).

All Delta (employer) paid benefits (Basic Life/AD&D, LTD, STD, and Long-Term Care) will automatically be rolled over for 2023.

If you would like to increase your employee paid voluntary life coverage, please reach out to us as Evidence of Insurability will be required for any increase in current coverage.

Reminder: deadline to enroll or make changes to your benefits is December 15, 2022.

  • Note: If you do not complete the enrollment online by the deadline, you may be dropped from your current benefits.

If you have any additional questions, please contact Amy Bradley (abradley@deltasands.com) or Kyle Burkett (kburkett@deltasands.com).
