Delta Solutions & Strategies announces the retirement of Founder and Senior Partner Kelly L. Coumatous. Kelly started the company 21 years ago in Colorado Springs as one of the first female owned Defense companies in the region. Kelly started the company with a vision of creating a different kind of company. Kelly was ahead of her time in her commitment to community service, flexible work policies and industry leading benefits. Although we are saddened to see Kelly retire, we are excited for this next phase of her life and all the success and happiness it will bring.
